Terms and Policies
The Daphne Michaels Institute may record Booster Community Calls, The Society gatherings, and all Program and Workshop Sessions in part or entirety including community interactive segments of these offerings. If you are a participant please be aware of what you are saying during community interactive segments of your calls, gatherings or program sessions to ensure that you are comfortable with the recording policy. While your first name may be spoken during the recorded time, your last name will not be identified. These recordings may be made available to the Daphne Michaels Institute participants and may be used as examples for promotional purposes as well as offered as future products to others who are interested in the topics explored. The Daphne Michaels Institute retains the right to use said recordings for these purposes.
Recipients of the Daphne Michaels Institute recordings agree to use the recording(s) for personal use and review and not for publication, uploading or sharing with another person. The recordings may not be connected to any network or shared device. This agreement is effective for all recordings made by the Daphne Michaels Institute and of the voice of Daphne Michaels at any time.
The Daphne Michaels Institute Copyright Policy
